Pointer/Hound mix needs a home!!
Bridget is 2 years old, about 40lbs, knee high, orange & white ticked in color and she is spayed. She is microchipped, up to date on vaccines, on heartworm preventative and flea prevention.
Bridget appears to be a mix of hound of some variety and maybe Pointer. She is housetrained and crate trained.
She is a bit stubborn, but she tolerates other dogs and
eventually makes friends. We have never heard her bark.
She is not a mean dog but is protective if she thinks YOU feel threatened. She would make a nice dog for a single woman or retired couple as a companion/watch dog. She is OK with all other animals, including cats. We know that she is fine with older kids. Needs a smart, dog savvy owner.
Bridget is with us because I didn’t want to see her put down.
Owner was about to take her to the pound.
